How it reads

  1. Objective. What is on the page, not what the writer meant. No "I think".
  2. Complete. A spoiler-complete synopsis, eleven craft areas scored out of ten with page references, three strengths, three concerns.
  3. Honest. Project and writer get separate verdicts: Pass, Consider or Recommend. Most scripts land in the middle.
  4. Useful. A writer-facing roadmap: must address, should improve, preserve, quick wins.
